Dry Ice Blasting Equipment, used for dry ice cleaning, is an innovative blasting technique in which pellets of dry ice act as blasting media. Compressed air dispenses the dry ice pellets through the nozzle and towards the coating that is being removed. The dry ice is cooled to -79°C which completely removes the coating with no damage to the surface below.

The different effects include:
The Kinetic Effect
Due to acceleration by compressed air, keeping intact with the high velocities, the dry ice pellets collide with the contaminants and thus provokes factures.
The extremely low temperature plays a major role in allowing the dry-ice to remove the coating
The Sublimation Effect
The impacting effect sublimates the dry ice which expands the volume factor by 700. The augmentation bangs out the explosion surfacing up the contaminants.
The unique blasting exclusives
What makes dry ice blasting equipment unique?
- A placid dry process: The dry ice system is a completely dry process as the pellets immediately vaporize
- Excludes the waste disposal: No waste is produced only the toxins needed is distributed
- Environmental friendly: The equipment is free from toxins and harsh chemicals
- Low cost: The equipment reduces the downtime as well the cost as it cleans the tools quickly and efficiently at the place
